MARK III Both the Mark III ANSI process pumps utilize the same unique features for maximizing performance and mean time between planned maintenance (MTBPM). Mark IIIT pumps conform to the ASME B73.1M (ANSI) standard.

SealSentryT FM Seal Chambers Enlarged, tapered bore with cast-in flow modifiers Solids flushed away from mechanical seal Vapor bubbles and heat purged from seal chamber for cooler, more reliable running seals. Need for flush line is eliminated.

Reverse Vane Impeller Impeller clearance set to rear cover plate, not casing. This allows all maintenance to be done in the repair shop, since there is no need for the casing to be present. One setting controls pump performance, seal chamber pressure, thrust loads. Low, repeatable published seal chamber pressure. Low NPSHR. Low cost rear cover plate is wear surface.
